Register here to begin the process of COTC Pre Marital Mentoring. If you have any questions about the process please email our pre-marital team at marriage@church.nyc. Please note that this ministry is run and administered by volunteers of our church (under the oversight of COTC Staff). As such, we appreciate your patience and understanding with response times. 

The questions on this form are designed to help our Pre-Marital team find the best mentors for you. It is kept confidential to our team which is overseen directed by Michael and Beatrix Tafoya, and administrated by Lauren Saylor. This form will also be sent to your assigned Mentor couple. It may take a bit of time (maybe 15-20 minutes) but it is important for us to understand some background information about you and where you have been on your spiritual journey as individuals, and where you are now as a couple.
